Riney Electric is committed to making rineyelectric.com accessible to customers, visitors, and job seekers. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for public website content and common interaction patterns.
Conformance Target
Our target standard is WCAG 2.1 AA. We review templates, navigation, forms, and reusable components for keyboard access, readable contrast, useful text alternatives, semantic headings, visible focus states, and predictable behavior.
Known Exceptions
We are tracking the following known accessibility gaps:
- SiteHeader mobile menu focus trapping needs a follow-up review so keyboard focus remains contained while the menu is open.
- BeforeAfter slider controls need a clearer keyboard-use hint for visitors who do not use a pointer device.
These exceptions do not change our WCAG 2.1 AA target. They are documented so remediation can be tracked transparently.
